We thought, whatâs a few red tape barriers to a journalist of this calibre?â âBut you didnât tell me some of this data was government classified.â - Christopher Rice and a suspicious Sarah ⢠âI found records implying that twenty-five years ago, central London was evacuated in an industrial accident. They say it lasted three months. There are no extant reports; no-one even remembers. Well, how can that happen?â - Sarah ⢠âOh, come on â New Worldâs more than just a New Age Sunday School â youâve got fingers in more pies than Robert Maxwell!â - Sarah ⢠âSorry to disappoint you, but Iâm just a journalist!â - Sarah, denying her involvement with UNIT ⢠âWhat is New World University? You donât have lectures â you donât even have tutors!â âAll the tuition is conducted by the mainframe. A personalised syllabus for every student.â âSince when did computers get personal?â - Sarah, who has obviously forgotten about poor K9, and Victoria ⢠âVictoria Waterfield? Thatâs you on the list, isnât it, at the London event? Oh, you must have been really youngâ¦â âConsidering I was born over 140 years agoâ¦â âHaha, peanuts, I used to know someone who⦠oh, never mind. Oh, sorry, I mean, um, no, you donât look a day overâ¦â âI donât feel a day over!â - Sarah and Victoria ⢠âNo, I said Codes NN and QQ⦠QQ, itâs urgent!â âI see, thank you!â âOh, Iâd get more sense from a tea lady! Sorry?â âMay I ask if youâve encountered anything resembling a yeti?â âHave I encountered⦠any what?â âA yeti.â âWhat have yeti got to do with it?â - Sarah gets irate on the radio to UNIT ![]() ⢠âThis place is like a beacon⦠itâs Kate Lethbridge-Stewart, isnât it? Sarah Jane Smith â hello! Your father said it might be a family affair! So, show me where to find him!â - Sarah, arriving at New World and taking charge ⢠âSarah, take this, itâs from my father.â âIâm a rotten shot â you hang on to it.â - Kate and Sarah, on the Brigadier's gun. Of course, we know Sarah isn't a rotten shot because of Pyramids of Mars, but probably she just doesn't want to use it... ⢠âMiss Smith! I knew there was someone here I could rely on!â - The Brigadier to Sarah ⢠âIt was just like old times, eh? And I still donât know whatâs going on!â - Sarah to the Brigadier ⢠âSo, he said it was Victoriaâs dress, and I said, well as long as Albert didnât wear itâ¦â âAnd you think it could have been her?â âWell, I donât know â thereâs no trace of her, she just vanished.â âCertain people we know make a habit of that!â âDo you know, companions used to be something only dowager aunts hadâ¦â âNo, Sarah â it applies to families as well!â - Sarah and the Brigadier.
