And don't think K9's going to zap all this rubbish, he's out of bounds until it's done. I'm so disappointed in you.' 'I don't know what you want from me! You say you're trying to give me a normal life, but when I act like a real teenager, you want me to be perfect again, the way the Bane made me!' 'I'm sorry you feel like that.' 'So am I.' - Sarah and Luke have their first fight * 'Luke isn't ill; he's growing up.' 'I believe it is a normal part of breeding patterns in most species.' 'Yes, I know. And I've tried so hard to make Luke's life as normal as possible - in a way it helped make mine a little more normal too. Before I met Luke, who was I? A lonely, frosty woman in a big house, who knew more about creatures from outer space than she did humans.' 'I've always considered the intricacy of human nature excessively complicated in comparison to most other life forms.' 'You and me both, old friend. And being a mum is just about as complicated as it gets. Most parents have years to get used to it - I'm still finding my feet, and already I'm realising that one day it's going to be over. One day Luke will be gone, one day perhaps very soon.' - Sarah and Mr Smith * 'A living consciousness, imprisoned like that. I almost feel sorry for her.' 'Almost?' 'Well, you can go off someone when they trap you in a picture. But I knew you three would always be there for me. I knew you wouldn't let me down.' 'Well, it was all down to Luke, really.' 'I know. And I'm so proud of you. My wonderful, clever, resourceful, dependable son.' 'And messy?' 'Oh, yes, that as well. But then, nobody's perfect.' - Sarah, Rani, Clyde and Luke Wardrobe Appreciation A respectable two outfits today, first a nice waistcoat-cardigan type thing: ![]() And then, the return of that nice blue jacket, with a ruffly shirt reminiscent of the Third Doctor, and a glimpse of the glasses... ![]() ![]() Bonus Pictures ![]() Sarah looking lovely! ![]() The kids in class ![]() Luke congratulates Clyde ![]() The Mona Lisa comes to life ![]() And threatens Sarah with a Sontaran blaster! ![]() It's Lizo!! ![]() The kids inspect Clyde's painting ![]() Mona Lisa tries to release the Abomination ![]() Whooshy Smith hugs! ![]() And the team's back together again, aaww. |
